Hay There Party Venue is a place where kids can run around and play and see all kinds of farm animals. It is a place where parents can sit back, take a breathe, relax and where families can enjoy a bit of the country side. Our venue is designed to provide a unique and memorable experience with its very rustic, farm-style feel.
We are in the Pinehaven/Muldersdrift area, very close to Cradlestone Mall.
About
At Hay There Party Venue, our goal is to provide parents the opportunity to host a beautiful party and at the same time have time and space to relax. We know what it takes to be a parent in today's life, just having time to sit down and enjoy the environment while the kids play, is what parents love the most about our venue. The kids love the animals and the big sandpit, the jungle gym and all the open space to run and play. Our venue offers you the option to use preferred vendors for catering and decorations, ensuring reliable services for your parties, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Party options

Hay There Party Venue offers a wide range of party options to suit smaller, intimate occasions like kids parties, baby showers, kitchen teas etc.
You can book a morning slot or an afternoon slot. Each slot is 3 hours with an additional hour before your slot to set up. Full day slots also available.
Included is cutlery and crockery, chairs, tables, extra wooden rustic table, children's tables and chairs, urn, rustic bucket for ice and drinks, use of the kitchen with a microwave and small fridge.
Kids Parties
Our play area have the feel of the 1980's backyard, where kids could be kids. There are open spaces where they can enjoy the outdoors, interact with our animals, play in the massive sandpit, jump on the jumping castle and more.

Vendors
Our Vendors have all been tried and tested to make sure you get the quality you want for the special day
We have food catering vendors, face painters, jumping castles, coffee truck, balloon arches, cakes and cookies. You are welcome to bring all your own catering and decor.
Our animal family
All around the entertainment area will be our animals celebrating with you
Come meet our goat, Blippi, our tortoise, our sheep, Hansie and Grietjie, our guinea pigs, rabbits and our two miniature pigs, Sophia and Red. And many more.

Feeding packets are available on order at an extra cost to feed them.

Please note: It is not a petting zoo, the animals are part of our family, they roam free when there are no parties on the property. So they are very tame and love people.

Our Horses
Our 10 horses love people and they are all therapy horses and there are two options to add as an extra cost:

You can add the Pony Party option, where the kids can enjoy interactions and games with the horses and they also get to ride. This will be an hour.
The other option is to add the miniature horse groom and feed. This is 30 minutes where the miniature horses are brought in, the kids can feed them and groom them.
